Your list pretty much consists of the rarest and most valuable LDs out there .
I think most Laserdisc collectors are on the look out for the movies on your list . (I'm luckly enough to have pick up 6 of them at so far, but I too would love to get the rest)

Unfortunately, I don't have any of the top finds, but so far I've managed to pick up:

The Matrix
THX-1138 (later Japanese press-sweet cover)
Blade (x2)
The Keep (widescreen)
Star Wars Ep 1 (actually 3 copies)
Ronin (2xUS-not the dts unfortunately, 1xJap)

I also have a number of Music LDs (heres a pic and heres a close up of a few).

Not really looking to sell but I guess if you are really keen I could be persuaded on one of my dups or some of the music.

Also just so you know the last time I saw some of the other LDs go on Ebay, it was some pretty pricey stuff.

If memory serves, the sixth day went for $600us! The Cell was around the $500 mark and the Beach was in the 3s.
I noticed a dude had a copy of South Park HERE for $379 a month back.

IVE MANAGED TO GET BLADE , BIG LEBOWSKI AND THE KEEP
JUST HOPE I SEE ONE OF THE OTHERS FOR A REASONABLE PRICE.

I have a line on a copy of the "BLADE" Laserdisc for £25-UK.

I would love it but it is quite a lot of money for one disk. My Japanese imported (actually from a seller in Japan) STAR WARS Special Edition Boxed Set only cost me £18 (inc P+P) and that was for 3 DD5.1 films.

Yes, it's a good set. It is also one of my favourite movies from my childhood...along with all the 50's SF B-movies Start Trek, Batman and Gerry (Thunderbirds) Anderson I lived on!

The Cell is one of the last relevant Japanese only releases. I believe 2001 was the release date. You might find it from time to time on the laserdisc data base. Be prepared to have at least 500.00 bucks on hand. Some of the other ones you mentioned are rare titles as well. At least your not looking for Lake Placid like I am. Thats a 2000 Japanese release thats hard to come by. I have THX 1138. That shouldn't be to hard to find, its on ebay often.

Does anyone have sleepy hollow? I wo dered what the pq was like. I'd love to own it on LD but I don't want to buy it purely because it's rare. I've got Star wars ep1, it was expensive, but looks great. Well worth the extra money.

I had Sleepy Hollow. I bought it about 2 years ago on ebay for 35.00 dollars. It was a "buy it now" believe it or not- no bidding. You could say I was lucky that I stumbled on it. At the time I knew it was a good deal. After watching the movie, it just re-enforced my memory of the film, that I didn't like it.
The picture quality was ok-definetely leans toward the darker end of the spectrum. No AC-3(neither did Brining Out The Dead-the other last US release). Altough I'm an LD collector, I only keep movies in the collection that I actually like to watch. I sold Sleepy Hollow on ebay and have since somewhat regreted it. The value has increased and its just cool to have one of the last LD pressings. I would rather have Lake Placid- a Japanese only 2000 (or 2001) release. Sleepy Hollow is on ebay now, if you have the cash. Take care.

Thanks for the info. I actually like the movie, so I might go for it. I suppose I can convince myself to buy it as an investment anyhow
