    Hi,

I was thinking about buying the Man Who Fell to Earth Criterion laserdisc and had a few questions about it.

The disc contains 'Deleted scenes and alternate versions of key scenes,' yet I can't find this featured listed on any other release, including the Criterion DVD.

I know that the film was originally cut to shreds in the US, so does this release include the cut scenes as an extra, or does it contain the full cut of the film?

    Thanks for the help.

The Laserdisc was uncut. That is always a good thin g about Criterion, and one of the reasons they hold some value, they always source the most complete versions available.

    The LDDB entry.

Thanks for the reply. I thought it would probably be uncut, but thought since it was a US release it may have been forced to be cut. I'd already checked lddb but couldn't see anything about whether it was cut or not, though I see now it does have the correct running time.
