Within Europe would be the nicest, thinking of customs, but I'm open to suggestions even if you live somewhere else. As for payment, I was thinking paypal.
I basically want to do some comb filter comparisons and I've seen that the Snell & Wilcox-test pattern does a good job at showing your chosen filter's true (rainbow)colours.
