Hi. I found this forum today, someone named MarchTV subscribed to my Youtube-channel and he had a link to this forum, that's about it.
My name is Sebastian and I'm 16 years old, making me one of the younger LD-collectors. I got interested in movies when I watched Blade Runner for the first time, which was about two years ago. Before that, I didn't really care about movies at all. I started to buy alot of Blu-Rays but about a year later I got tired of watching all my movies in the living room with my family and I didn't have enough money to afford a HDTV. I only had, and still only have, an old CRT in my own room which made it pointless to buy another Blu-Ray player and I was tired of Dvd. But then I came to think about Laserdisc which I knew about many years earlier (I've always been a Segafreak which made me aware of the Laseractive).
So only a half year ago, I got my hands on a quite cheap Pioneer CLD-990 and a Pioneer VSX-5900's. I bought some movies and it didn't took long time until I was completely sold on Laserdisc. I live in Sweden, where Laserdisc wasn't officially released, making me a quite lonely LD-freak. I have a quite small LD-collection, only about 60 movies, but I've only bought movies for a couple of months so.
Other then Laserdisc, I'm interested in music, Playstation, Sega, movies, computers and, well, girls.
