Hello from 8bitplus

Hi, Wow its nice to find a forum dedicated to LaserDisc.
I got into the format a little over a year ago and got a player (Sony MDP-650d) and a pile of films. Within the week I went back for more and got a better player Pioneer DVL-909, I love this machine

So now I have 235 in the collection including special editions, box sets and LOTS OF ANIME.

Nice collection of Anime! Wings of Honneamise is one of my all time favorites. I'd love to have it on laserdisc

Its a very good little story, much better than many. I'd never seen it untill I got the LD.

Yeah, that would be great. Just been taking a look at the rest of your site. I've got a jamma cab myself. You've got an awesome collection of games and consoles. Does the Sega Mega Jet plug into the tv or does it have a screen?

No screen on the Megajet. Its the Nomad that's got the screen.

I'll get some new photos of my LaserDisc setup in the roof conversion. I just got a Toshiba 32" CRT tv up there. I never use TFT for interlaced formats. Also have a recycled cupboard unit for the LD's and box sets, looks much better now than the old photos on my site.

Welcome to the site. I too was/still am stoked at finding a site dedicated to Laserdisc. As I have said before, I am a recent convert also.

Nice to see that someone else is also a fan of anime! I don't have much of it on LD, but I have some of it on other formats.
